About Me

Receiving the title of Honorary Citizen of Santa Cruz - Bolivia

I’m a Social Scientist and Specialist in Urban Communication & Politics. I live in Curitiba, the city that heads towards the future as one of the most relevant international business, events and tourism centers of South America, especially after being appointed by the FIFA as one of the Brazilian cities to host the Soccer World Cup in 2014.

From 2001 to 2006 I worked as the Curitiba City Hall’s Foreign Affairs Advisor. In this period I also developed several works at the United Nations Institute for Training & Research (UNITAR), then the first and only UN training center in the Americas.
